  • Courses and Programs: Refunds for courses and programs will be considered within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have not accessed or completed more than 10% of the course or program.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, such as e-books or downloadable content, we generally do not offer refunds for these items unless they are defective or not as described.
